Thanks for the awesome training; I am thrilled that my son Chris Ludwin got such a terrific bartending job at one of the classiest places in town, Grill One Sixteen! He is having a blast and making great $$! I encourage all your graduates to be confident, set their sights high and NOT to be afraid to walk into an establishment.
Hey guys , Here's a picture of me bartending for Sarasota's most sucessful graphic design company "Be Creative" ...it was a private party held by the owner to celebrate 50 years of James Bond...I made $400 in four hours and was assured I would be used for every event they hold...they where astonished by my drink knowledge and said their last barkeep didnt even compare.....thanks for everything guys!
Cynthia, We were fortunate enough to have your student, Bryan Housler, work for us for our 6 month live racing season here at Tampa Bay Downs. He was knowledgeable, willing to work in various departments, and never missed a shift. He has moved on to the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa, and we wish him the best, and would rehire anytime.
